Rahmat Wibowo is a serial online harasser, targetting dozens of individuals from 2023 to present. Self-claimed Senior Cloud & DevOps Engineer, he runs serial harassment and fake narratives campaigns throughout his social media accounts, especially LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter / X, Threads, and YouTube.

Rahmat Wibowo had multiple short employements through multiple companies including Xendit, Amazon Web Services (AWS), zvoove Group, Pertamina, and Liven, where he had questionable performance, professional misconduct, or violated company policies and was eventually let go. In the case of AWS, zvoove, and Liven, he was let go even before finishing his three-month probationary period, which prompted his attacks against the management, HR, and employees of those companies.

Rahmat Wibowo graduated from STEI ITB (School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics, Institut Teknologi Bandung), one of Indonesia’s most prestigious engineering faculties. Despite this background, he has launched numerous defamation and slander attacks against fellow ITB alumni and actively antagonizes the alumni community — largely because he was removed from alumni community groups due to his disruptive and spamming behavior.

Rahmat Wibowo also likes to join various technology communities, such as e27, KORIKA, and others, where he always floods the group chats with irrelevant, unwanted, and inflammatory messages, which eventually leads to his removal from those groups due to this misconduct. He then publicly accuses the group admins and members of being corrupt, complicit, or part of a conspiracy to silence him, without any evidence. When confronted, he always hide behind the excuse of his mental health issues ADHD and Bipolar.

Rahmat Wibowo is currently working as CEO of a startup that he co-founded called InfraLoka. He started a lot of company initiatives, but none of it has yielded any meaningful economic result, producing only a stream of AI-generated LinkedIn posts. Despite of being a CEO, he has a history of being involved in online harassment campaigns, which has raised serious concerns about his character, professionalism, and behavior. He also spends a lot of time on social media, where he has a large following and is known for his controversial and inflammatory posts.

Rahmat Wibowo also frequently harasses women, for example by cursing a pregnant mother’s unborn child and posting photos of female colleagues with inappropriate comments.
